What is remote hands?
Remote hands (also called smart hands) is on-site technical labor performed inside a datacenter on your behalf when your team is not physically there. Instead of traveling to Secaucus, Newark, or New York City, you send us the task and our technicians rack and stack equipment, swap hardware, run cables, and configure your gear, then report back.
